Glenbank House Hotel offers en-suite accommodation with a wide variety of occupancy options across our guest bedrooms. Each room has a flat screen TV offering Freeview channels, with an integrated DVD player, wireless internet access and tea/coffee making facilities.

The entire hotel is non-smoking.

If you are staying with us overnight, breakfast is served in the restaurant from 8- 9.30am

Booking policy and cancellation policy:

Booking confirmation – credit card details are required for confirmation of bookings, however no charge for monies will be taken from the card until the booking is complete.

Payment methods:

We accept Mastercard/ Visa, UK debit cards and cheques with a valid bankers card.

Cancellation policy:

A 48 hour cancellation policy is in place as standard. Cancellations within 48 hours of the first night’s stay will incur a 100% cancellation charge equivalent to the first night booked.

For special events and group bookings a seven day cancellation policy is in place. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The policy will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Group accommodation in Jedburgh:

Due to the flexibility of our rooms, we can accommodate groups of up to 16 people within the hotel for overnight stays. For larger groups, we can arrange accommodation with other hotels, guest houses or B&Bs in Jedburgh.
